We are looking to add a LEASING CONSULTANT to our team to lease our apartments and provide outstanding customer service in Douglasville. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service driven individual that loves to WOW people.  Positive, team-oriented environment. General Accountabilities:
  • Provides information about community to prospects.
  • Meets and greets prospects.
  • Supports overall marketing efforts and offers input and suggestions in regard to promotions and advertisements.
  • Maintains accurate, in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property, including pricing information, and availability.
  • Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards.
  • Gathers information about markets and competition, and prepares monthly competitive reports.
  • Analyzes concerns associated with homes or apartments that are slow to lease or sell and offers recommendations to the owner.
  • Completes follow-up thank you notes and call-backs with prospects after initial community visit.
  • Prepares and assists with all sales or leasing paperwork.
  • Determines needs and responds promptly to prospects while being pleasant, cheerful, and tactful.
  • Maintains current files.

Experience:
  • Leasing: 2 years (Preferred).

License/Certification:
  • LIHTC certification (Preferred)
  • Georgia Real Estate License (Required).

Real Estate License Required:
  • Yes.

Compensation
  • $18.00 to $20.00 per hour plus Lease commission
