Job Description:

Morning Sandwich Artist

Duties:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shift
  • Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Assist with food production, catering, bartending, and banquet services as needed
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the coffee, hotel, or food service industry preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
