Dual Responsibilities

Prep Cook Duties: (Cover for Cook's Day's off 
  • Assist the Cook and Cover for his Time off, and other hours.
  • Prepare food items for consumption. 
    • Most our foods are Ready To Eat, and need to be heated at proper temps and plated.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Store food properly and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
Counter: 
  • Greeting Customers, and operating a POS (Point Of Sale) system.                                            
  • Assist in the preparation of food items  for in house dining or take out.                                           
  • Cleanliness and how we appearance to the customer is of the utmost importance.                
  • The ability to speak English and Spanish is appreciated, but not a requirement.
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred, but willing to train.
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Our Customers are very generous, hourly rate + Tips is approx. $19.50/$20 per hr.
