Next Level Physio is a PT-owned business specializing in solving chronic problems in runners and hybrid athletes. We've been in business for 10 years and recently opened our Cary satellite in 2022. Our mission is to provide the best care and programming in the Triangle to help these athletes reach their next level.

About the Program:We’re launching a new small group personal training program specifically designed for individuals over 30 who’ve tried it all – large group fitness, personal training – but still haven’t hit their goals. These are people who are committed, ready to put in the work, and looking for that next level of fitness and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Client Engagement: Confidently handle sales, set appointments, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline and funnel, respond to leads via text, phone calls and email using our platform.
  • Program Leadership: Lead and develop our small group training program, ensuring it meets the needs and goals of our clients.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions focused on both strength and endurance.

  • You’re passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and understand the unique challenges faced by those over 30.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, able to inspire and motivate clients and team members alike.
  • You’re organized and driven, capable of managing multiple aspects of the program with ease.
  • You’re flexible with scheduling, understanding that our clients' needs can vary.
  • You’re able to work independently but also value being part of a cohesive team.
