Nashville Smiles is a well-established, general practice with focus on unmatched patient care & relationships. We are growing and looking to add a Registered Dental Hygienist that provides exceptional care, with a can-do attitude and proactive nature. We're open to both full-time and part-time applicants. 

As a hygienist for Nashville Smiles, you can expect:
  • To have ample time with your patients for relationship building & patient care. 
  • To treat patients in a spa-like environment, our practice is a drama-free, stress-free zone for our patients as well as our team. 
  • We know that you play a vital role in the continued growth of our practice, in turn we provide you with the needed support to do so, support from your team & management team. Team-based Incentives as well as individual goal-based incentives.  Our incentive plans are among the highest of any dental practice.

  • Current license with State of Tennessee.
  • Laser, Nitrous & Anesthetic certification preferred.
  • Be willing to work your recare lists & help in other areas of the office during down time.
  • 2 years minimum experience preferred
