Our company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Crew Member to join our team You will play a crucial role on a team of 2-3 members to complete various landscape and thriving snow removal business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work with a team of 2-3 crew members to complete landscape projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  • Contribute to all aspects of Snow Removal & Landscape projects from start to finish, including coordinating materials, equipment, and scheduling to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment for all team members.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to allow all team members to operate at their full potential.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in landscaping and snow removal is not required but will benefit greatly.
  • A team-oriented mindset to help out when and where you are needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
