The Opportunity
As our Marketing Associate, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic marketing efforts. This role is as diverse as it gets - one day you might be deep in marketing associate tasks, the next you could be spearheading community engagement and events. We're looking for a flexible, adaptable individual who can effortlessly pivot between responsibilities. In our fast-growing organization, the marketing landscape is vast and ever-changing. What You'll Do

• Help craft compelling written and visual content that tells our story and engages our community
• Collaborate closely with our marketing partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing across all channels
• Keep our website fresh and up-to-date with the latest Altheda news, information, and offerings
• Dive into market research to uncover new growth opportunities
• Coordinate marketing events that showcase our unique approach to healthcare
• Engage with our local community to build strong relationships and brand awareness

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Brings 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience to the table
• Possesses killer communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Can work independently but also plays well with others
• Brings a creative flair and problem-solving mindset to every challenge
• Has a general understanding of digital marketing tools
• Experience with a variety of social media platforms
• Demonstrated Graphic design and copywriting capabilities
• Experience making basic website edits and updates
• Has photography skills and basic videography capabilities (primarily to create content for social media)
