Join Pinnacle Home Care, a leading home health agency in The Villages, FL, dedicated to your well-being and professional growth.

A Clinical Manager (RN) coordinates patient care and supervises clinical personnel.

Responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing case referrals and assigning appropriate clinicians
  • Evaluating patient's clinical needs and assisting in goal-setting
  • Attending case conference meetings and supporting new personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with professional standards and Agency policies
  • Providing ongoing education and support to clinicians
  • Promoting patient and physician portals, as well as Telehealth visits

Qualifications:
  • Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
  • Graduate of the National League for Nursing or an accredited school of nursing. A BSN degree is preferred.
  • Two years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting, preferably in-home care.
  • Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
  • Complies and maintains current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrates excellent observation, organization, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Computers, Microsoft, EMR, and Technology.
  • Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards.
  • This position requires that the employee is willing and able to meet the physical requirements as necessary.
