Production Manager - Landscape & Mowing ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A CAREER WITH A GROWING COMPANY IN THE GREEN INDUSTRY? ProScape Lawn and Landscape Services, LLC (www.proscape-services.com), a leading landscape services company located in Central Ohio, is actively searching for a Production Manager who has extensive knowledge of commercial/residential mowing, landscaping, hardscaping, and snow removal.  
Job Details:
  • This position will largely focus on training new team members on how to perform their new job roles efficiently and safely. They will work closely with our Account Managers to ensure the highest quality service for our customers. This position will also be responsible for visiting sites and performing quality site assessments (QSAs). As part of the QSA, they will have to be able to work with and coach team members on opportunities for improvement. 
  • As a production manager, you must understand and champion our production processes and always be coaching your team members on how to provide a better service, more efficiently. When needed, this role will be responsible for temporarily filling a crew leader position. 
  • Also, as part of this job role, you could occasionally be asked to work hours outside of your standard set hours to appease customer’s needs. There will be times that this position would require you to meet with a customer and discuss a project or service that one of the crews is working on. Great customer service skills are a necessity.
