Areas Currently Hiring:
East TN Hub: Warehouse is based in Bristol, TN and the market area extends to Chattanooga/North GA. 
Position: 
Route Associate will service new and established vending, micro market, & frozen treat customers. Deliveries include short runs and long runs (see the market area). Some overnights are possible. 
What a Route Associate does:
  • Responsible for loading, delivering, and restocking frozen treats.
  • Set up new customers with freezers, vending machines, and products.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vending machines as needed.
  • Assists company management with communication to customers of new products or services.
  • Manage inventory and warehouse. 

General Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs+; on a repetitive basis and can reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (DOT) and have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.
  • Must be able to consent to a driving records check. 
  • Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.

Compensation:
  • $16 hourly (90 day probation)
  • $17 hourly (after probation)

Other Compensation: Commission and bonus for personal sales.
