Are you a senior-level instructional designer seeking an opportunity to manage the design and delivery of innovative eLearning products? If so, we might have the perfect position for you. Our client is seeking a Senior Instructional Design Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be directly involved in advanced instructional design for eLearning products and will also train staff on instructional design principles and best practices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Function 1 - Serve as the instructional design lead for eLearning products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and project managers, to coordinate effective project delivery.
  • Manage the development process of high-quality and engaging learning activities. 
  • Develop new and edit existing multimedia assets to support the course content (illustrations, graphics, videos, etc.).
  • Apply project management principles and tools to direct the instructional design process to deliver results on time and within scope.
  • Develop course templates and style guides.  
  • Function 2 - Provide education and training to Education Department team members.
  • Provide education and training to Education Department team members on instructional design principles and best practices.
  • Develop training documentation and resources.

Minimum Qualifications include:
  • A bachelor’s degree in instructional design/technology, multimedia design, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in instructional design, eLearning course development, or multimedia development.
  • Extensive experience in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora. Preference for experience with Articulate 360.
  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
  • Knowledge of instructional design, development, and delivery methodologies.
  • Experience developing Continuing Ed for healthcare/medical professionals.
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System, preferably Docebo.
  • Experience with an Association Management System, preferably Personify.
  • Intermediate to advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel).
  • Aptitude to learn new authoring and multimedia development tools.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
