Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Spa Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology with a focus on head spa treatments, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including facials, head massages and hair care services.
• Provide consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products based on client needs and preferences.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional demeanor. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. 
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products. 
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. 
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
•  Assist in developing and implementing new spa services and promotions. 

Qualifications: 

• Valid cosmetology license. 
• Proven experience as a spa technician or cosmetologist, with a focus on head spa treatments. 
• Strong knowledge of various spa treatments, techniques, and products. 
•  Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
•  Knowledge of holistic and wellness practices.
