Position: Full-Time
Location: Kerrville, TX

Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
  • Install, repair, and replace HVAC components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
  • Collaborate with Primary Technician to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for installation and repair work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issue and find appropriate solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Preferred:
Hold existing EPA Type II Certification.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have own tools.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must hold a valid Drivers License.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
