Lead Client Clerk

As a Client Clerk Administrator, you will be responsible for leading and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of client-related activities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate client records, responding to inquiries, meeting with customers to ensure satisfaction, and assisting in various tasks to enhance the overall client experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update client profiles in the database or CRM system. 
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client information.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Handle escalated customer requests relay information with warehouse staff as needed
  • Relay relevant information to appropriate departments or individuals. 
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital client files.
  • File documents, correspondence, and other records systematically.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and relevant team members.
  • Ensure schedules are optimized for efficiency. 
  • Provide information to clients about products, services, or company policies.
  • Assist clients with basic problem resolution and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Enter and update client data in databases accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct errors. 
  • Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing. 
  • Collaborate with the finance department to address billing discrepancies. 
  • Distribute client satisfaction surveys and compile feedback. 
  • Report survey results to management for continuous improvement. 
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other client-related documentation. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline client-related processes.
 
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
5 years of proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 
SAP Knowledge is a plus
