The RHD Montgomery County Residentials Program is hiring Full-Time Life Skills Professionals in Norristown.
A Life Skills Professional provides support to individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental illness and are currently residing in our programs. As a Life Skills Professional, you will partner with clients, working towards goals and providing hands-on assistance to them as needed.

Required Education & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Ability to pass to background check.
Program Summary:The New Options program, located in Norristown, and a part of Montgomery County Residentials, promotes clients' independence and integrity by providing a supportive community environment for elderly individuals who have mental challenges. Clients are encouraged to function as independently as possible via making decisions and choices on activities of daily living and community participation.
Position Summary:
Two different Full Time positions available at the New Options program
Position #1: 40hrs a week, Wed, Thurs 11a-11pm, Fri & Sat 3-11p (weekday hours= $16.50, Sat=$17.50)
Position #2: 36hrs a week, Sun, Mon 8a-8pm, Tues 11a-11pm (Mon, Tues= $16.50, Sun=$17.50)
