Position Overview:Join our team as a Construction/ Roofing Project Coordinator, overseeing a wide range of roofing projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects meet time and budget expectations by directing contractor activities from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site assessments of roofs to determine project scope, including measurements and materials needed, and prepare roof reports to include any potential challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Prepare detailed and comprehensive project estimates, proposals, and quotes for clients within specified timelines
  • Calculate project costs based on labor, materials, equipment, and other factors, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
  • Procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects
  • Direct and oversee contractors and subcontractors on various projects.
  • Monitor work progress through site visits, serving as a liaison between clients and subcontractors.
  • Manage project schedules and ensure the availability of materials to prevent delays.
  • Maintain project profitability by overseeing budgets and making critical decisions on materials and contractor bids.
  • Track project progress, schedules, and budgets through CRM

Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong project management skills with proven leadership abilities
  • Familiar background with Google Suite and CRM’s
  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles within the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have a Driver’s License and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
