Sales Support Associate

Your career begins as Sales Support Associate assisting Account Managers with all phases of the sales process from daily transactions and fulfillment of orders to cold calling customers and assisting with lead generation. You will receive ongoing training to keep up with the every changing tech world and attend training seminars to gain knowledge on our products. Sales Support Associates have the opportunity to grow into Federal Sales Representatives, where individuals will start developing their own book of business. We will show you how to focus your sales efforts to ensure success through results and groom you for the opportunity to continue to grow into a Federal Sales Account Manager. Your internal training opportunities continue throughout your career to provide you with ongoing professional development, resources, and tools to be building a successful, challenging and rewarding career. Your success is our number one priority.

Requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent required.
- Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to multi-task and work in a multi-windows environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS office suite of products or equivalent
