Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our construction sites. The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing personnel, maintaining project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and working closely with the project management team to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Coordinate and supervise all site activities, ensuring adherence to the project schedule and budget.
  • Team Leadership: Manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and trades to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met; address any deficiencies with corrective action.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and manage the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, material inventory, and progress reports.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for site-related issues, ensuring clear communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to minimize project delays.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local building codes, company standards, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Certification in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Valid [state] driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.


Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed.
  • Available for occasional weekend or overtime work as project demands.

Responsibilities encompass serving as the primary point of contact for individuals entering or leaving the construction site, orchestrating interactions with vendors and subcontractors, and meticulously documenting the daily activities occurring on-site. Any other duties as assigned.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Check-in visitors/subcontractors/vendors.
  • Communicate deliveries and scheduling with vendors/subcontractors.
  • Communicate updates & progress with owners/general contractors.

Other Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and possess time management skills.
  • General knowledge of the construction industry.
