Specialties seeking:
  • Electrical: Troubleshooting electrical issues, replacing light fixtures, installing outlets, and ensuring electrical systems are safe and operational.
  • Plumbing: Repairing leaks, unclogging drains, fixing toilets and faucets, and addressing general plumbing problems.
  • HVAC: Performing basic maintenance on heating and cooling systems, changing filters, and identifying potential issues.
  • Basic IT: Assisting with computer and network troubleshooting, setting up equipment, and resolving minor IT issues.
  • A/V: Installing and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment, such as TVs, speakers, and amplifiers.
  • Ovens & Refrigeration: Maintaining and repairing commercial ovens and refrigeration units.
  • General Tasks: Performing general maintenance and repairs such as painting, drywall repair, basic carpentry, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, basic IT, A/V, ovens, refrigeration, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
