Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our top client's Emergency Room department. As an ER RN, you’ll play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients during critical moments. If you thrive in fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing outstanding nursing care, this position is for you

Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Triage: Quickly assess patients’ conditions, prioritize care as well as initiate necessary interventions.
  • Emergency Patient Care: Provide expert nursing care to patients in critical conditions during medical crises.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough health records.
  • Advocacy: Be an advocate for patients’ rights and ensure their safety and well-being.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN).
  • Licensure: Current NC RN license.
  • Certifications: BLS certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospital setting.
  • Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Compassion: A genuine desire to make a difference in patients’ lives.
