Responsibilities:
  •  Engage children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth.
  •  Create a fun and safe learning environment.
  •  Provide a warm and nurturing environment for each child.
  •  Establish and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, students, and parents.
  •  Must observe all health and safety practices to protect the health of all students and staff.

Qualifications:
  •  Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.  
  • Must be punctual.
  • Must have good attendance and reliable transportation daily. 
  • Must have the ability to sit on floor with children, bend or squat and be able to lift 40 pounds. 
  •  Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields preferred.
  •  Passionate about working with children.
  •  Ability to build rapport with children, parents and co-workers.
  •  Positive and patient demeanor.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening required.
