MedSpa/Luxury sales experience preferred. Must be available to work Monday-Friday and alternating Saturdays.

The Medical Spa Coordinator will welcome and educate patients on the many types of services, treatments and products offered in our medical spa. Consistently provide the highest level of customer service and ensure an efficient and pleasant patient experience. Exemplify our five-star experience and superior customer service in every patient encounter, always representing the company with poise and class. Support care providers to ensure their success and efficient days. Schedule services and in-office consultations for new patients. Enter all patient information in the EMR, provide all necessary paperwork, consents and resource material, answer questions concerning the patient experience and related to certain procedures and costs. Service all patients who walk-in for product purchases and facilitate trying products or samples as requested. Order and track retail and back-bar product inventory, check patients in and out of the system, batch daily transactions, and other miscellaneous tasks.

Secondary tasks include stocking supplies, cleaning and organizing retail display areas, maintain clean and appealing lobby and entry both inside and outside, stock business cards, assist with marketing and social media as needed.

Required Education & Experience:College education preferred, aesthetic medical office or similar customer service environment required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Required Skills:Must be a people person, sales oriented, over-achiever, punctual, professional appearance, proper phone etiquette, ability to manage multiple tasks, ability to work with set schedules, excellent computer skills, ability to quickly learn scheduling and billing software, and superior knowledge of all procedures, products and treatment plans within the practice.

Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit at a desk for most of the workday, walk comfortably through the office with patients, and speak professionally on the telephone.
