Job Title: Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Lead Teacher: Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities that align with the daycare's curriculum.
  • Engage Children: Interact and engage with children in various educational and recreational activities, encouraging their development and participation.
  • Safety and Supervision: Maintain a safe and secure environment by supervising children during playtime, meals, and outdoor activities, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with Lead Teacher: Work closely with the lead teacher to ensure a cohesive and organized classroom environment.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining records of children's progress, behavior, and any necessary paperwork.
  • Support Daily Operations: Help with daily tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and preparing materials for activities.
