Job Summary:
  • Responsible for delivering general dental care to patients of CHC in accordance with Florida Statute 466 and Administrative Rule 64B5. 
  • Providing team leadership in the course of practice. 

Qualifications:               
  • Graduate of an American Dental Association accredited dental school or program                  
  • Experience or interest in community/migrant health preferred but not required.

Certification/Licensure:   
  • Current, active license from State of Florida Board of Dentistry; no license revocation or suspension in any state.  
  • Must have passed National Dental Boards parts II and I.  
  • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Saving Certification.
  • DEA license required
 Special Skills:                  
  • Must be able to maintain professional, caring, helpful manner when dealing with people in stressful situations. 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish helpful.  
 Other requirements:         
  • Able to work flexible hours as needed.
