Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Head Cook
  • Cooking
  • Oversee day to day running of the kitchen.
  • Menu planning.
  • Create recipes.
  • Determine food inventory needs, stocking and ordering.
  • Ensure kitchen meets all regulations for both sanitary and food safety guidelines.
  • Responsible for health and safety.
  • Servsafe Manger Certified.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Able to adapt to change and embrace new ideas.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of all sections of the kitchen.
  • Ability to manage a budget.
  • Creative.
  • Ability to make sound decisions regarding menu prices and kitchen process.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Handle intake and inspection of incoming orders.
  • Train kitchen staff.

Requirements: 
  • Servsafe manager certified.
  • 2 years or more experience as a head cook.
  • Able to work long hours while standing.
