JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Retrieve racks of raw material from the staging area.
- Place rack in designated unload or load position.
- Accurately count parts on the rack.
- Visually inspect parts for defects and reject non-conforming products.
- Unload parts from the rack onto the infeed conveyor.
- Drill holes in extrusion according to print.
- Hang drilled extrusions onto hooks on a conveyor line.
- Maintain full line missing no hooks other than planned gaps.
- Ensure that all spacer bars are placed in designated carts.
- Replace bent and dirty hooks as necessary.
- Maintain clean and orderly work area.
- Work safely and abide by all company safety policies.
- Follow all company work rules.
- To meet our customer needs such as providing excellent customer service by motivating the team, taking ownership of customer issues, and following problems through to resolution.
- Demonstrate 360 degree thinking in our professional fields.
- Be agile to manage all strategic goals, plans and tasks.
- Complete all other tasks as assigned.
