Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned construction Senior Project Estimator to join our esteemed client's team. The ideal candidate will have a have 8 + years of experience in the estimating and preconstruction of large-scale commercial projects.

Key Qualifications:
  • Must have conceptual estimating experience.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical-thinking skills.
  • Must have experience in pricing labor for concrete, carpentry, casework, doors, demos, and specialties. 
  • Preferred experience with preconstruction estimating. 
  • Preferred experience with scheduling software.
  • Proficiency in various estimating software, including those used for digital quantity take-off, pricing, and bid invitations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel.
