Responsibilities:
  • Schedule all service appointments and projects with precision.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services offered, alongside basic knowledge of chimneys, fireplaces, dryer vents, fire features, and grill products (training provided).
  • Ensure all pertinent information is meticulously documented for administrative staff and technicians when confirming upcoming appointments.
  • Strategically map out daily schedules, optimizing technician routes from the farthest point to our office locations in Pensacola or Destin.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries via office email, work orders, and customer communications, ensuring appointments are efficiently managed.
  • Provide assistance to showroom guests and sales personnel when required.
  • Coordinate out-of-town accommodations for technicians.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
  • Familiarity with accounting, data management, and administrative practices.
  • Proficiency in clerical duties and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Preferred experience with RingCentral or similar VOIP systems and Service Fusion or CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
  • Proven ability to manage processes and propose improvements.
  • Strong time management skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to suggesting improvements.
