Warehouse Associate

Job Details:

• Position: Warehouse Associate & Materials Handler
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:00 pm; Full-Time Hourly
• Location: 265 Foster St, Littleton, MA 01460
• Will cover $90/month fees if you use the rail line to commute to our warehouse (we are directly next to a stop).

Job Summary & Scope:Responsible for loading and unloading, packing, and unpacking, auditing, general housekeeping, kitting, inbound processing, scanning orders, shipping, and receiving, put-a-way, data entry for inventory control.  Top Key Accountabilities:

• Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Label every product as well as proper placement.
• Identify and locate the right products during the delivery process.
• Keep a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory.
• Process returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication.
• Maintain all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance processes and procedures.
• Convey purchasing requirements and keep data on the availability of products in short supply.
• Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.
• Safety-First mentality, with various company and safety training modules to include those which are OSHA required as well as forklift certification.
• Must wear proper PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education + Experience + Key Traits:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of company’s products and services, safety, and OSHA requirements.
• NetSuite experience a plus.  
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and/or hydraulic jack lift.
• Good organizational skills and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with an ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Positive disposition/attitude, respectful of others, willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

Language Skills:

• Primary language used in daily operations is English. Additional primary company languages include Spanish, French, and Dutch.
• Read and interpret documents, procedure manuals and various correspondence from both internal and external.
• Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and/or various levels of employees within the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and Word specifically. 
• CRM skills required.

Supervision: N/A Decision Making + Reasoning:

• Able to be accountable and responsible for tasks assigned.
