Dirk's Auto and Tire is a small 3 bay shop located in Clinton Indiana and we are looking for an experienced automotive technician with at least 5 years expereience. We are looking for someone who can take a repair from start to finish and be able to accurately diagnose and repair all makes and models the first time. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:

  • Automotive repair: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: In person

What qualifications do you need?

  • High school or equivalent - preferred
  • Automotive repair experience: 5 years minimum
  • Driver's License - required
  • ASE Certification - preferred
  • Strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and work well with our team
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn and grow your skills
  • Self Initiative
What will you do?

As an Automotive Technician at Dirks Auto and Tire you will:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance according to our standards.
  • Understand and work on a variety of cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles, new and old.
