Duties include but are not limited to:

•     Processes Claims and Medical Records (printing, delivering, scanning, and tracking).
•     Data Entry 
•     Distributes and processes outgoing and incoming mail according to destination and type.
•    Converts paper documents to an electronic format for distribution to appropriate departments and team members
•    Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•    Review payment and billing batches for discrepancies.
•    Logs and reports discrepancies.
•    Creates batches using our internal management system.
•    Performs other duties as assigned.
•    Operates postage equipment. Operates a variety of office equipment such as a scanner, printer, and copier.
•    Performs file management in network folders
•    Supports a medical billing team working with multiple clients

Job Type: Full-time/On-Site.
Salary: $15.00 per hour.
Schedule: 8 hour shift. Monday to Friday.

Experience:

• Microsoft Office Suites: 2 years preferred.
