Position: Surgical Dental Assistant
Location: Advanced Periodontics and Implantology in Livonia and Plymouth, MI
Hours: Mondays & Thursdays, 8 AM - 5 PM at our Livonia Location, Tuesdays, 8 AM - 5 PM and Fridays, 8 AM - 3PM at our Plymouth Location.

Your Role:As a Surgical Dental Assistant at Premier Periodontics, you will be an integral part of our clinical team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our periodontists during surgical procedures.
  • Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
  • Ensuring patient comfort and care before, during, and after procedures.
  • Managing patient records and documentation with precision.
  • Educating patients on postoperative care and oral hygiene.

Requirements:
  • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in a dental setting is a REQUIREMENT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • Pay will be based on experience.
