Rover Assistant

We are looking for the right person to complete our team of dental professionals as a Rover Assistant. Our ideal candidate will have a warm personality, be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They will help the office run smoothly, be responsible for instrument sterilization and help with turning over rooms when we get busy. Previous dental office experience is preferred, but a great attitude and a strong work ethic are our first priorities. Experience with Dentrix is a plus, but we will train the right person. Essential Functions:

• Preparing and maintaining treatments rooms and equipment including cleaning and sterilizing instruments and burs, setting up trays, and cleaning treatment rooms. 
• Assisting the dentist in the treatment of patients.
• Maintaining the stock of all the treatment rooms.
• Representing the practice in a professional manner, focusing on the needs of the patients.
• Working respectfully and cooperatively with management, co-workers, patients, and vendors.
• Handling any other duties as assigned.
