Licenses Practical Nurse (LPN) position Available in AZ Position Details:
  • Start Dates: ASAP start dates available.
  • Shifts: Must be flexible 

Licenses Practical Nurse (LPN) position Available in AZ Requirements:
  • AZ or Compact License accepted. 
  • Certs: (AHA) BLS Required 
  • Must have long term care experience 
  • Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check & Drug Screen)..
  • At least 2 years of Relevant experience
  • Ability to meet physical demands (stand: walk; sit; climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl), and lift up to 50lbs)

  • $28 Hourly
  • $65 OT.
  • $1,162 Untaxed Per Diem.
  • $2,170 Total Based on Working 36 Hours
