Responsibilities Include: 
  • Working as a team to provide an exceptional member and guest golf experience.    
  • Ability to work weekends/holidays, days or nights.  
  • Accuracy of work and demonstrates ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Effectively and promptly responds to Members' and their guests' concerns and/or problems.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
  • Set up, food prep, organization, sanitation, and production of food items. 
  • Set up of daily prep of workstation. 
  • Prepare and store all food items. 
  • Consistent prep and presentation of food items.
  • Ensure proper cooking techniques. 
  • Receive and store inventory.
  • Cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen.
