Production Manager

BASIC CRITERIA:
- Minimum of seven (7) years in manufacturing/production management, preferably in a job-shop setting.
- Candidates must be computer literate (Word, Excel, etc.) and be able to read shop drawings.
- This is a manufacturing position, not a construction supervision or homebuilding position.
- We are not builders, but the successful candidate must have basic knowledge of wood working and building materials.
- Ideal backgrounds might be wood furniture manufacturing, cabinets, building component manufacturing, production building, etc.
- No candidates will be considered without production management experience and basic knowledge of woodworking.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position contemplates management responsibility for a workforce divided into six departments, including shipping & receiving and maintenance.
COMPENSATION:
- From $60k to start, plus incentives, based upon experience and qualifications.
BENEFITS:
- HMO health plan, including dental, vision, free short- and long-term disability insurance, paid holidays, vacation policy, etc.
