Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment.
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and optimize workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in laser operation or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Laser Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of laser cutting technology and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
