Civil Construction Company is looking for a Grading/Pipe Forman to join their growing team Great opportunity with a well-established company

Pay: $25-$28/hr. depending on experience, 10-20/wk OT, gas card, production bonuses, etc.

Hours: Normal hours are M-F, 7 am-5 pm

Foreman Requirements:

• Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Skillfully fine grade with a dozer.
• Efficiently dig grade and lay storm drain with an excavator.
• Proficient at shooting grades, figuring percentages on the pipe, and setting grades for boxes and ditches.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, owners, etc.
• Effectively run a job independently when the Superintendent is absent.
