Journeyman Carpenter

Job Position:You must be proficient with industry tools, such as hammers, screwdrivers, tape measures, and saws. Our ideal candidate is reliable, arrives on time, and has extensive experience in Finish Carpentry tasks. You also need to be able to lift more than 35 pounds and follow company safety regulations at all times.
Must be able to perform:
- Hanging/taping drywall and texture blending/matching.
- Basic framing repairs such as subfloor/subdeck repairs and underlay installation.
- Painting walls, trim, and any additional items requiring paint matching/blending or change of paint color.
- Installation of cabinetry, casing, crown molding, baseboard, flooring, vinyl sheeting, and insulation.
- Be able to meet time requirements for tasks as needed.
- Clearly communicate with team members and clients.
- Occasional demolition work will be required to perform necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of all phases of construction.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clear motor vehicle record.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction trades.
- Works well without oversight.
- Friendly, honest, professional, and outgoing.
- Enjoys working with clients to restore their homes or businesses.
- Must be a team player and work nicely with others.
Compensation Package:
- Starting hourly rate of $21.17 - $31.95 p/hour D.O.E.
- Bonus package available
