Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual seeking a dynamic role in a vibrant salon environment? L'AmourS Nail and Spa is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in our beautiful nail salon. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our salon.
Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: L'AmourS Nail and Spa
Hours: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week
Compensation: $18 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival.
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently using our booking system.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services.
  • Manage client payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
  • Uphold our salon's standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service excellence.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
