Hours:Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.  Benefits:

 Education/Experience:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a dispatching/scheduling is preferred.
  • HVAC CSR Experience is a Plus
 Requirements:
  • Must be well organized and able to multitask
  • Great communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, typing and other computer programs.
  • Must be friendly, courteous, & have a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to handle a fast paced and high call volume work environment.
  • Background check & drug screening required prior to employment.
 Responsibilities:
  • Answer Phones.
  • Scheduling service calls and dispatching
  • Process warranties
  • And other office admin duties.
