Our client, a precision machine shop and repair services to the businesses and residents of the Metro East, Southern Illinois region, and the Greater St. Louis area is hiring “Entry-Level” and “Experienced” machinists for a full and part-time day shift work schedule.
Entry-Level Machinist (Full time only):Requirements: 
  • Successful completion of a trade school precision machining curriculum.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Attentive, quality-focused, and willing to learn

Pay and benefits:
  • Starting at $23/hour, higher rates are based on education and experience.
  • Employer-funded pension program (3%)
  • Employer-provided health insurance (100% coverage for individual and family health insurance).
  • $500 signing bonus after 90-day probationary period

Experienced Machinist (Part-time or Full-time):Requirements:
  • Five-plus years of machining experience 
  • Experienced with both manual and CNC machining equipment
  • Proficient in performing job setup on various machines
  • Ability to read and understand machining prints and drawings
  • Capable of doing some CNC machine programming

Pay and benefits:
  • Salary: From $28.00/hour, higher rates based on qualifications and experience
  • Benefits (Full-time only)
