Wage: $18.50/HR + monthly commission Sign-on bonus - $1,000 - 250 at 30 days, $250 at 60 days, and $500 at 90 days. Job Description: The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
