Job Position: Janitorial Worker (Part-Time Position, full-time work).

Duties:
  • Work directly with the owner.
  • Must be clean cut & focus on the cleaning job. 
  • Being able to clean at night and on weekends is a must. 
  • Completely understand office cleaning and operating cleaning services. 
  • This job will become a salaried employee in the future. 
  • Commercial office cleaning.
  • Disinfectant & restroom cleaning.
  • Able to lift and remove the trash. 
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Ability to learn and grow in the field of Janitorial services.
  • Understand floor cleaning and operating systems. 
  • Understand time management.
  • Understand client needs and will be able to take care of cleaning projects. 

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience is needed. 
  • Good understanding of janitorial cleaning and operating cleaning equipment.
  • Background check & live scan.
  • Must be able to use own vehicles, maybe require to go from building to another building facility daily.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with people in commercial buildings.
  • Approachable.
  • Speaks well and articulates.
  • Teachable and willing to learn the DBM cleaning process. 
  • Able to work weekends and nights
  • Teachable and excellent commercial cleaning knowledge.
