Edmonds, United States Bode Full time $40 - $50
Who We Are:We are a construction company that has been based in the Seattle area since 1990. We focus on multi-family housing for emerging middle-class tenants; look at it another way, our offering enables blue-collar and similarly-employed people to live in attractive, urban environments with proximity to transportation and amenities. We are rapidly growing, changing, and improving every aspect of our business.
We have an immediate need for a Heavy equipment operator experienced in road construction, building infrastructure, excavation, land development, and utility installation.
We manage about 1,000 units across multiple properties, have five properties under construction (about 80 to 165 units each), and seven in the permitting process (150-300+ units each). We have an aggressive but achievable goal of 25,000 units by 2030 as the first installment in the larger vision. We want to make the model scalable to hundreds of thousands and then millions of units over time.

  • Heavy equipment operators are responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery specifically used in civil construction projects.
  • 5 years experience with operating heavy equipment: Safely and efficiently operating machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, and compactors to perform tasks like digging, grading, leveling, and compacting surfaces.
