Who We're Looking For:We are seeking a skilled Underground Driller / Tech III to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in construction and telecommunications and are ready to take on key responsibilities in our operations, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including assisting with permits and inspections.
• Perform civil work on small cell sites, including operating equipment, drill locating, and VAC operation.
• Carry out trenching, digging, and some concrete forming and pouring.
• Provide technical support as needed.
• Generate and resolve punch lists during normal project schedules and in advance of customer inspections.
• Operate and adjust commonly used tools in the wireless industry efficiently.
• Work frequently outdoors and occasionally in inclement weather conditions.
• Perform duties within traffic control as required by city or county jurisdiction.
• Maintain and service equipment regularly.

Qualifications:

• Experience with elevated work involving a 50 lb. load.
• Ability to work on ladders or bucket trucks.
• Familiarity with jurisdictional requirements and 811 markings.
• A clear understanding of DOT regulations.
• Availability to travel up to 100% for weeks at a time if required.
• Flexibility to work shift work, including maintenance windows and weekends if needed.
• Valid Commercial Drivers License REQUIRED.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, regulations, instruction manuals, blueprints, and specifications.
• Local to the market.
• AT&T/Verizon experience is a plus.
• Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
• 1+ years of experience in construction and/or telecommunications.
• Experience testing and working with fiber.
• OSHA Safety standards certification preferred (training provided).
