Dolce & Ciabatta Bakery is looking for an EXPERIENCED BAKER who is passionate about creating high-quality, hand-crafted artisan bread and pastries. 

Requirements:
  • Passionate about baking.
  • At least 3+ years of relative bread baking experience.
  • Precise and organized.
  • Highly motivated, organized, mature, neat, and team-oriented.
  • Available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality pastries and bread by accurately following D&C formulas, processes, and procedures.
  • Working all roles within the bread department including mixing, scaling, shaping, proofing, and baking.
  • Ensure quality standards and overall product consistency.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the bakery and compliance with all health department regulations.

Compensation is based on experience but is highly competitive.
