Summary/Objective:
Revise, Inc is a Mass Save Home Performance Contractor in the Residential Construction Field. We provide no-cost Home Energy Assessments and subsidized insulation and air sealing work for homeowners in Massachusetts.

We have been steadily growing over the past 6 years and are looking to bring on an electrician apprentice to perform a variety of electrical functions including maintenance, repair, installation and modification of equipment in residential homes for HVAC installs and home weatherization projects.

Essential Functions:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical wiring systems in residential homes.
  • Working from building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings and maintenance and repair manuals, determine the routing of wiring and execute plan.
  • Determine size, type and gauge of wiring, coupling, straps, conduits, etc. to install electrical circuits, equipment, and components.
  • Utilize various conduit systems to include PVC, flexible, rigid and electrical metallic tubing.
  • Inspect I.C. recessed lighting in accordance with Mass Save requirements for insulation.
  • Review and assess knob and tub wiring for insulation installation in accordance with electrical codes and Mass Save program requirements.
  • Performs other duties as directed by Supervisor.
Accountable For:
  • Timely completion and accuracy of all work.
  • Working closely and harmoniously with other employees.
  • Performing and documenting complete operational checks for all equipment.
  • Adherence to contract requirements, safety and health regulations, and company policies.
Job Requirements:
  • 2 years’ experience working as an electrician in residential homes.
  • Possession of a valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
  • Ability to work a non-traditional workweek and perform overtime duties as required.
  • Outstanding technical knowledge, excellent people skills and focus on superior customer service.
  • Team player; ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others.
Physical Demands:
  • May perform work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
  • May be exposed to inclement weather conditions and other work conditions including excessive heat, cold, wind, snow and storms.
  • Requires extensive standing, walking, kneeling and bending.
  • May be periodically required to lift items in excess of 50 lbs.
  • Frequently exposed to noise, dust, dirt and other related hazards.
