BWT Logistics, a leader in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a skilled Clamp Truck Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehousing and transportation services. Your primary responsibility will be to operate clamp trucks to facilitate the movement and storage of goods in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a clamp truck to safely and efficiently move, stack, load, and unload materials, products, and equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure the secure transportation and placement of goods.
• Inspect and maintain the clamp truck, reporting any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation related to inventory and movement of goods.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and security.

Qualification Standards

• Proven experience operating a clamp truck in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy loads, following proper lifting techniques.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and adapt to changing demands.
• Dependable and reliable work ethic.

Benefits and Compensation

• $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Benefits available after 90 days, including health insurance, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Schedule
First Shift:

• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
• Hours: 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM

Second Shift:

• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
• Hours: 03:30 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight)
