Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm (Off Days: Wednesdays and Sundays; Saturdays Required: 10 am - 6 pm, Remote on Saturdays)

As a leading company in the home protection industry, we serve a nationwide customer base from our conveniently located office in Marietta, Georgia.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking to hire 4 experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our top-notch team. If you're a hard-working professional, this is the perfect place to grow your career. We seek individuals who are intelligent, sharp, passionate about growth, excellent communicators, empathetic, resourceful problem-solvers, and who maintain a GREAT ATTITUDE We want someone who can navigate through any obstacle, with a high standard of customer service, attention to detail, teachability, determination, integrity, and a continuous learning mindset. Being a true team player, solution-oriented, and a dog lover is a must, as we have a dog-friendly office

Hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 12 pm - 8 pm.
  • Off Days: Wednesdays and Sundays.
  • Saturdays: 10 am - 6 pm (Required for new hires, remote).
  • This is not a remote/work-from-home position, with the exception of Saturdays.

Pay Range: $16-$18/hour based on experience (Negotiable)

Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Position Overview/Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone and email in a timely fashion.
  • Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.
  • Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
  • Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests.
  • Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques.
  • Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined.
  • Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls.
